Our client is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help launch and lead a new ABA program in Mansfield, TX. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy) preferred
  • Ability to supervise RBTs and manage a clinical caseload
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage a BCBA caseload (28–30 billable hours/week)
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (OT, PT, SLP, Counseling)
  • Train caregivers and provide parent guidance
  • Analyze behavior data and adjust treatment plans
  • Ensure compliance with BACB and funding requirements
  • Support program development and clinical growth initiatives
