About The Position

This role focuses on providing high-quality behavioral analysis services, emphasizing clinical growth, interdisciplinary collaboration, and data-driven progress measurement. The position offers a structured environment with built-in supervision, defined career paths, and a supportive team. The company utilizes a proprietary clinical tool, the Gracent Care Calculator, and offers free in-house Continuing Education Units (CEUs) as a BACB ACE Provider. Collaboration with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and mental health providers is a key aspect of the role, ensuring comprehensive care plans for children. The position also involves working with a Prep School program that supports children transitioning to traditional classroom settings.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification.
  • Licensed in IL and in good standing.
  • Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication.
  • Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs.
  • Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.

  • Co-treat live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on the same cases.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
  • Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans.
  • Run own assessments and intakes.
  • Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
  • Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
