About The Position

Helping Hands Family (HHF), a top-rated ABA provider in the Northeast, is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). HHF is built by clinicians for clinicians, believing that every community deserves a helping hand. We prioritize clinical excellence with direct access to Quality and Training Teams for mentorship, consistent top-tier Vineland scores, and monthly clinical peer reviews. Our BCBAs work in a clinic setting with peer support, offering autonomy and variety to achieve clinical outcomes. We also focus on caring for our clinical team through a fellowship program where fellows consistently pass their BCBA exam on the first try (100% pass rate in the last 9 months). All Behavior Technicians are required to obtain RBT certification, ensuring you work with qualified colleagues (90%+ RBT hires pass the exam). We offer three weeks of PTO for self-care and ensure Clinical Supervisors maintain manageable caseloads to provide ample support. Our client care includes fully equipped clinics with sensory rooms, therapy tools, and gross motor rooms, fostering a collaborative environment for learning and growth. We also support clients in experiencing special moments through events and outings.
