This part-time position, 20 hours per week, will support patients on the West Allis campus without requiring additional travel. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to individuals with behavioral health needs within an inpatient setting. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, provide training and support to staff, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to promote a safe and therapeutic environment supporting 24/7 care delivery services. The role involves working with an interdisciplinary team including Therapists, RNs, Mental Health Techs, and doctors on a caseload of patients utilizing CBT/DBT interventions.
