About The Position
This role focuses on providing high-quality behavioral therapy to children, emphasizing clinical growth, interdisciplinary collaboration, and data-driven progress. The position offers a structured environment with built-in supervision, defined career paths, and a supportive team. The company utilizes a proprietary clinical tool, the Gracent Care Calculator, and emphasizes visible progress measurement through tools like the STEP Score and family Report Cards. Collaboration with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and mental health providers is a key aspect of the role, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment plans. The position also involves work with a Prep School program that supports children transitioning to traditional classroom settings.
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Licensed in TX and in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication
- Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
- Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Co-treat live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on the same cases
Responsibilities
- Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality
- Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
- Run own assessments and intakes
- Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs
- Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
