Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • Missouri Behavior Analyst license (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and behavioral data systems.
  • Compassionate approach, professional integrity, and commitment to client-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) based on applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Incorporate Gentle Teaching principles to promote dignity, respect, and safe relationships.
  • Monitor client progress by analyzing data, adjusting plans, and celebrating successes.
  • Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), caregivers, and staff.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, families, and community partners to support consistent implementation.
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing, documentation, and ethical standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
