About The Position
At Jewels Therapy Clinic, we believe the right environment changes everything - for the kids we serve and for the clinicians who serve them. We're a pediatric therapy clinic in Baltimore looking for a BCBA who wants to do their best work: thoughtful assessments, real clinical autonomy, and a team that actually communicates. We work with children ages 2–18 in a modern clinic-based setting - no travel, no home visits.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current Maryland state licensure (where applicable)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of pediatric ABA experience, ideally with ASD populations
- Experience with insurance authorization and clinical documentation
- Background leading or training clinical teams
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee ABA programs
- Lead FBAs and preference assessments, build individualized treatment plans, and adapt strategies based on data and current research.
- Supervise and develop your team
- Mentor RBTs and support staff, run training on ABA techniques, and ensure consistent, high-quality implementation.
- Collaborate across disciplines
- Partner with SLPs, OTs, and PTs. Lead family consultations and team meetings. Keep documentation accurate and insurance-compliant.
