About The Position

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA will lead ABA-based clinics within a school setting. These clinics provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children aged 3-5, integrating closely with early intervention services. This full-day program aims to ensure a seamless transition between pre-school special education classrooms and the clinic setting, promoting continuous skill development. The role is a full-time, 12-month position with generous PTO accrual and paid holidays. CCRES will cover the upfront costs for necessary clearances and TB screening.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - active
  • Demonstrated work experience with children with ASD
  • Experience working in a school or clinical setting with early intervention programs
  • PA Criminal Clearance (current within 12 months)
  • PA Child Abuse Clearance (current within 12 months)
  • PA FBI Clearances (current within 12 months)
  • TB screening (within 3 months)
  • Education Documentation - Official Transcripts
  • BCBA certification - active
  • PA Behavior Specialist License - active

Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, program design, monitoring and supervision
  • Facilitate services to meet the individualized needs of clients by working in a cross-collaborative effort with multiple service entities
  • Flexibility to travel into the home/community settings to conduct assessments
  • Act as clinical leader and develop a treatment plan
  • Provide direct supervision to staff, monitor staff performance, provide direct clinical feedback and determine staff development needs
  • Review clinical notes to monitor the on-going progress of clients
  • Conduct service intakes for clients to gain a clinical understanding of their educational, behavioral, and medical needs to assist in identifying the appropriate staff and eligibility for services
  • Coordinate resources to enhance the well-being of the child and overall family functioning
  • Assist in problem solving when conflicts arise over behavioral paradigms in other involved systems
  • Troubleshoot with the team when behavior interventions are seen as ineffective for the child or family
