About The Position
EB Pediatric Resources is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with clients in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a flexible schedule and who values collaboration, flexibility, and quality clinical care. Requirements
- Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure
- Experience supervising RBTs and leading clinical teams
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and client-centered care
Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years of ABA experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed
- Supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
- Ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making
