About The Position

This role focuses on providing high-quality behavioral therapy, emphasizing clinical growth, interdisciplinary collaboration, and data-driven progress measurement. The company utilizes a proprietary clinical tool, the Gracent Care Calculator, and integrates services with other therapy disciplines like SLP, OT, PT, and mental health providers. A unique aspect is the Prep School program, supporting children transitioning to traditional classrooms. The role involves managing a caseload of 6-8 clients with a significant portion of the week dedicated to supervision and collaboration, rather than solely billable hours.

Requirements

BCBA certification, licensed in IL and in good standing
Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication
Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality
Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
Run own assessments and intakes
Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs
Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
