About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Colonial Heights, VA. We're looking for a BCBA who wants to do great clinical work while being supported by experienced leadership, operational teams, and a collaborative culture. At Autism COE, our BCBAs are supported by Clinical Directors, Regional Leadership, Office Managers, Lead RBTs, Intake Teams, Billing Support, and Administrative Staff. Our goal is to provide clinicians with the resources they need to be successful while delivering exceptional care to children and families.

Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required
Must be eligible to practice in Virginia
Prior ABA clinical experience required

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as needed
Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Support clinical excellence and positive client outcomes
Participate in team meetings, training initiatives, and quality improvement efforts
