Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Nice To Haves

• Mentorship of RBTs
• Supervision of assigned trainees
• Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA
• Therapist certification under your supervision
• Join Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training in evidence‑based ABA practice
• Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

Benefits

• Total Compensation Package from $86,500 to $122,000 annually
• Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees
