About The Position

The position allows BCBAs to work in a clinic setting with peer BCBAs, providing autonomy and variety to utilize clinical skills and achieve positive clinical outcomes. HHF also prioritizes the well-being of its clinical team through a fellowship program with a high pass rate for the BCBA exam, ensuring Behavior Technicians are RBT certified, and maintaining manageable caseloads for Clinical Supervisors to provide ample support.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
State Licensure where required
ABA experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Nice To Haves

RBT background a plus for new BCBAs

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
