About The Position

This role focuses on providing high-quality behavioral analysis services to children, emphasizing data-driven decision-making, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous professional growth. The position involves working with a caseload of 6-8 clients, with dedicated supervision time built into the week. The company utilizes unique tools like the Gracent Care Calculator and STEP Score for treatment planning and progress measurement. Collaboration with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and mental health providers is a key aspect of the role, ensuring a holistic approach to client care. The role also connects to a Prep School program, supporting children transitioning to traditional classrooms. The company offers a structured environment with administrative support for scheduling, billing, and authorizations, allowing BCBAs to focus on clinical expertise.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Licensed in IL and in good standing
  • Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication
  • Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
  • Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with standardized assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Vineland
  • Experience with FBAs and BIPs built around the child
  • Experience with skill-acquisition programming across communication, social, adaptive, and academic domains
  • Experience with the Care Calculator and outcome-measurement tools (STEP Score, Report Cards)
  • Experience with parent and caregiver training as a core part of every plan

Responsibilities

  • Supervise your RBTs and oversee clinical quality
  • Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
  • Run your own assessments and intakes
  • Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs
  • Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
