Liberty Behavioral & Community Services is seeking a qualified Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical behavioral services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, autism, and/or co-occurring behavioral or mental health needs. The Contract BCBA will independently provide behavior-analytic assessment, treatment planning, clinical oversight, staff consultation and training, and ongoing monitoring of individualized ABA services. The BCBA will work collaboratively with families, direct-care staff, clinical team members, and funding sources to develop and maintain effective, function-based interventions designed to increase adaptive, social, and communication skills while reducing behaviors that interfere with an individual's quality of life and participation in services. The Contract BCBA is responsible for ensuring that clinical documentation, assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, data collection, and other required records are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable professional, regulatory, and funding-source requirements. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. The contractor is responsible for maintaining their professional credentials, applicable insurance, taxes, business expenses, and other obligations associated with independent contractor status. Specific contractor terms will be outlined in the independent contractor agreement.
