Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

At Kyo, our mission is rooted in a commitment to making every moment count for the children and families we support. Kyo is expanding in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and is seeking a BCBA committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA, supported by a collaborative and experienced clinical team. This is a hybrid remote position.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites.
- Availability to support clients during after-school hours (typically between 3:00–7:00 p.m., Monday–Friday).
Responsibilities
- Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems.
- Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
