About The Position
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position involves working with children to improve the lives of students through exceptional occupational therapy. The BCBA position comes with a competitive salary and generous benefits.
Requirements
- Master's Degree
- State BCBA License
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students.
- Provide direct behavior support, modeling, and coaching to school staff to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success across the school day.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavior data to guide decision‑making and adjust interventions as needed.
- Train school teams on evidence‑based practices, crisis prevention, and positive behavior supports.
