About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is growing its Killeen ABA team and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment. Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA. Requirements

Active BCBA certification and Texas licensure (or eligibility)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
