About The Position

In2Great! Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic. The clinic offers ABA, OT, SLP, PT, mental health, feeding therapy, a therapeutic preschool program, and a transitional program. Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Active BCBA credential in good standing
  • Master's Degree in ABA Therapy
  • Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning in the field of pediatric therapy
  • Empathy, patience, and creativity in engaging children and fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
  • Understanding of naturalistic environment therapy approaches, including strategies for embedding therapeutic activities within a child's natural routines, interests, and play experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA therapy services.
  • Collaborate with speech, OT, PT, and social workers.
  • Participate in monthly team collaborations and trainings.
  • Meet with client's full teams quarterly (including clients/caregivers/RBTs & other related services).
  • Potentially join the 'practicum supervision team.'
  • Implement enhanced caregiver education curricula.
  • Provide clinical leadership.
