About The Position

Led by Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD, BCBA-D and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA, we prioritize BCBA success to enable them to focus on making a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families. We are a fully accredited BHCOE organization upholding BACB guidelines and prioritizing meaningful supervision, family involvement, and evidence-based ABA with no rigid quotas. We offer on-the-ground support with locally or regionally based clinical directors, clinical autonomy to design customized treatment plans, and stable growth paths to leadership roles. We do not have non-compete clauses.

Requirements

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.

Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
