Requirements

BCBA certification
Ability to lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative, in-center environment
Skills in providing daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians
Proficiency in developing and implementing assent-based, individualized behavior plans
Experience in engaging parents during on-site training sessions
Capability to maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
