Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make an impact while building a path toward future leadership opportunities. This role involves providing In-Home ABA Services in the Columbus, GA area, with sustainable productivity expectations of 25 billable hours per week. The position offers collaborative multidisciplinary team support and the chance to play a pivotal role in the lives of children and their families by helping them overcome challenges and achieve milestones. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and Georgia licensure (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
