About The Position

Fox & Fern Behavioral Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team. This part-time position, requiring less than 30 hours per week, involves delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services to individuals, primarily children with autism and developmental disabilities. The role is in-person and serves multiple locations in Georgia, including Jesup, Ludowici, Hinesville, and Midway, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule between 9 am and 5 pm. Requirements

  • BCBA Certification
  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care
  • Reliable transportation
  • Active CPR Certification (we'll help you obtain certification if needed)
  • Ability to pass a background check (required by funding sources)
  • Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (e.g., lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
  • Providing one-on-one therapy and family support
  • Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant)
  • Staying current with research and best practices in behavioral health
