About The Position

Helping Hands Family (HHF), a top-rated ABA provider in the Northeast, is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their mission-driven, outcome-focused culture. Built by clinicians for clinicians, HHF offers a supportive team environment with opportunities for mentorship and case consultation. The role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, managing a caseload of up to 10 clients with a focus on 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week. The position is hybrid, offering a blend of clinic-based work and flexibility, with a focus on working with children ages 2-18, primarily under age 6. The BCBA will also supervise and develop RBTs, conduct assessments, write treatment plans, monitor progress, and maintain ethical documentation.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
State Licensure where required
ABA experience
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Nice To Haves

RBT background a plus for new BCBAs

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
