The role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, managing a caseload of up to 10 clients with a focus on 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week. The position is hybrid, offering a blend of clinic-based work and flexibility, with a focus on working with children ages 2-18, primarily under age 6. The BCBA will also supervise and develop RBTs, conduct assessments, write treatment plans, monitor progress, and maintain ethical documentation.
