About The Position

Helping Hands Family (HHF), a top-rated ABA provider in the Northeast, is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). BCBAs work in a clinic setting with peer BCBAs, enjoying autonomy and variety to achieve clinical outcomes. HHF also focuses on supporting its clinical team through a fellowship program with a high pass rate for the BCBA exam, ensuring all Behavior Technicians are RBT certified. The company offers three weeks of PTO and manageable caseloads for Clinical Supervisors to provide adequate support. For clients, HHF provides fully equipped clinics with sensory rooms, therapy tools, and gross motor rooms, fostering a collaborative clinical environment and supporting special client moments through outings and events.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• State Licensure where required
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
