About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team and contribute to their mission of making a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families affected by ASD. The BCBA will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, responsible for designing and managing individualized behavior programming, supervising direct treatment services, developing goals, conducting assessments, individualizing treatment plans, managing RBTs/BTs, and conducting monthly caregiver training. Requirements

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
BCBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB.

Responsibilities

Supervising direct 1:1 treatment service
