About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate BCBAs for multiple opportunities in the Northern Boston Metro Area. As a BCBA-led organization, we offer unmatched support, professional growth, and a family-centric approach to ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder. We are committed to empowering our BCBAs, who hold key leadership roles, shape clinical practice, and are supported by a BCBA-led management team. We uphold BACB guidelines as a fully accredited BHCOE organization, prioritizing meaningful supervision, family involvement, and evidence-based ABA without rigid quotas. Each market has a dedicated clinical director for real-time guidance, and BCBAs have clinical autonomy to design customized treatment plans with full access to resources and interdisciplinary collaboration. We offer stable growth paths to leadership positions and have no non-compete clauses.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
  • Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
  • Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
  • Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.

  • Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
