About The Position

We are a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. We believe in treating the family as a whole, and as such siblings and parents are often incorporated into our therapy. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training program, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and day-time center based services for children between the ages of 2-12. We strive to provide compassionate and creative care to meet the needs of our families.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Behavior Analyst license valid in Michigan
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and autism
  • Ability to maintain a caseload of billable hours within a structured clinical model
  • Fun, compassionate, and open-minded disposition geared toward learning
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead with a positive attitude, even during stressful situations
  • Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience preferred
  • Managerial experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessment activities related to behavioral interventions
  • Design, execute, and monitor ABA therapy treatment programs
  • Oversee implementation of behavioral programs by clinical staff
  • Provide training, develop behavioral systems, and manage team performance
  • Facilitate parent meetings and training to ensure consistency between home and clinic
  • Complete comprehensive client goals and required documentation for insurance reimbursement and clinical review
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals involved in client care
  • Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in behavior analysis
  • Provide oversight of company programs and employees as related to behavioral analysis
