About The Position

Step into a fulfilling role with our team as a pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! Here, we're all about blending exceptional care for our clients with fantastic opportunities for your professional growth. Imagine a workweek where you connect with 6-9 wonderful children, guiding them through 145-150 hours of transformative care, which includes a minimum of 28 billable hours and 20% supervision, to ensure you're not spread too thin. Total compensation is $86,000 - $98,000, which includes your base salary and $8,000 annual bonus based on efficiency & quality care metrics.

Requirements

  • You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • You have prior experience conducting functional behavior assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client.
  • You are a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor our Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols.
  • Learn the intricacies of supervisory leadership, enhancing your ability to guide and support a dedicated team.
  • Dive into a vibrant, interdisciplinary landscape where your collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other experts is not just a possibility, but a daily reality.
  • Engage actively in cross-disciplinary idea-sharing, enriching our culture with innovative practices and insights.
  • Organize, design, and oversee all clinical aspects for a diverse caseload of children.
  • Develop expertise in crafting treatment protocols, behavior reduction systems, and data collection systems, advancing your clinical expertise.
  • Keep detailed records of progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
  • Sharpen your skills in progress monitoring and dynamic adaptation, ensuring the delivery of effective and responsive interventions for sustained client success.
  • Craft tailored recommendations and personalized programming utilizing your preferred assessments and programs.

  • If you are a newer therapist, you'll receive additional support and mentorship to ensure a smooth transition into our team.
