About The Position

In2Great! Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team. In2Great! is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic offering ABA, OT, SLP, PT, mental health, feeding therapy, a therapeutic preschool program, and a transitional program. Their mission is to help as many children as possible, support the community, and have fun while doing it. Requirements

• At least 1 year experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Active BCBA credential in good standing
• Master's Degree in ABA Therapy
• Proficiency in Natural Environment Teaching
• Understanding of naturalistic environment therapy approaches, including strategies for embedding therapeutic activities within a child's natural routines, interests, and play experiences.
• Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning in the field of pediatric therapy
• Empathy, patience, and creativity in engaging children and fostering a positive therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech, OT, PT, and social workers.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with client's full teams (clients/caregivers/RBTs & other related services).
• Participate in monthly team collaborations and trainings.
• Engage in enhanced caregiver education curricula.
• Potentially join the 'practicum supervision team'.
