As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress. This role is ideal for clinicians who value critical thinking, strong relationships, and building sustainable clinical outcomes. They are currently hiring a BCBA for a daytime case available in a daycare setting with a highly desirable schedule. Hours for the daytime case are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. This is a great opportunity for clinicians looking for consistent daytime hours, with options for full-time roles and additional after-school in-home cases!

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Must be willing and able to go in-person to supervise
