About The Position

This role focuses on providing high-quality behavioral analysis services to children, emphasizing data-driven decision-making, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous professional growth. The position involves working with a caseload of 6-8 clients, with dedicated supervision time built into the week. The company utilizes a unique clinical tool, the Gracent Care Calculator, to recommend treatment intensity and outcome-measurement tools like STEP Score and Report Cards to track progress. Collaboration with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and mental health providers is a key aspect of the role, ensuring a holistic approach to each child's treatment plan. The role also connects to a 'Prep School' program, supporting children transitioning to traditional classroom settings. Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Licensed in IL and in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication
• Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
• Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality
• Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
• Run own assessments and intakes
• Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs
• Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
