About The Position
We are looking for a part-time/full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are seeking passionate, culturally sensitive clinicians who are dedicated to providing high-quality intervention for children and families and are looking for professional growth. This role is located in the San Bernardino/Riverside area, specifically Hesperia and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Passionate about working with children and families
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Psychology or in related fields.
- Ability to pass a background clearance
- TB clearance
- Excellent knowledge in report writing
- Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Minimum of 1 years of experience of Clinical Supervision (in-home setting)

- Bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities
- Oversee Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists
- Conduct FBAs
- Write Progress Reports
- Design intervention/treatment plans
- Provide Parent Training
- Provide field training to Behavior Interventionists
- Participate in team meetings
- Participate in Quality Assurance
