Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
This role focuses on providing high-quality behavioral analysis services, emphasizing clinical growth, interdisciplinary collaboration, and data-driven progress measurement. The position offers a defined career path, opportunities for co-treatment with various therapy specialists, and a supportive environment where clinical decisions are backed by robust tools and a commitment to best practices. The company utilizes a unique clinical tool, the Gracent Care Calculator, and provides free in-house Continuing Education Units (CEUs) as a BACB ACE Provider. The role involves working with a manageable caseload, with built-in supervision time and administrative support to allow focus on direct client care and professional development. The company also supports children transitioning to traditional classroom settings through a specialized Prep School program.
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Licensed in IL and in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment
- Clear, proactive communication
- Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
- Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with standardized assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Vineland
- Experience with FBAs and BIPs built around the child
- Experience with skill-acquisition programming across communication, social, adaptive, and academic domains
- Familiarity with the Care Calculator and outcome-measurement tools (STEP Score, Report Cards)
- Experience with parent and caregiver training
Responsibilities
- Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality
- Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
- Run own assessments and intakes
- Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs
- Partner with families
- Collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
