About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is growing and seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This role offers competitive compensation with an earning potential of $85,000–$102,000/year through base salary and monthly bonuses. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. A new ABA Center is opening by the end of June, transitioning services from in-home to a center-based environment. This is an opportunity to help shape a growing program from the ground up. The clinic operates Monday–Friday from 8 am-6 pm, with no weekend work required, promoting a good work-life balance.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and Texas state licensure (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum (new graduates considered with strong training support)
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
