About The Position

Centria Autism's Telehealth BCBAs lead in-home ABA services virtually, partnering with families and technicians to provide compassionate, high-quality care directly into clients’ homes. This role offers flexibility for those balancing location needs, family priorities, or life changes, providing the support and tools to remain connected, effective, and fulfilled. The role involves periodic travel to the market, with expenses paid by Centria. Centria offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
• Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
