About The Position

Open Doors ABA is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Begin part-time (5–25 hrs/week) with the option to transition to full-time (25+ hrs/week) based on your performance and goals. This remote, flexible position allows you to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities, supported by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

Requirements

  • Tennessee LBA license (required)
  • BCBA certification (in good standing)
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and assessment tools
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and focused on client needs

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and manage individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Deliver direct ABA therapy and track client progress
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
  • Keep up-to-date with ABA research and best practices
