About The Position

Join Butterfly Effects as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a hybrid role where BCBAs lead. Led by Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD, BCBA-D (President) and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA (Vice President of Clinical Services), we prioritize your success so you can focus on making a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families. We are a fully accredited BHCOE organization, upholding BACB guidelines and prioritizing meaningful supervision, family involvement, and evidence-based ABA with no rigid quotas. Each market has a locally or regionally based clinical director available for real-time guidance and collaboration. You will have clinical autonomy to design customized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, with full access to tools, resources, and interdisciplinary collaboration. We offer clear advancement paths to Assistant Regional Director, Center Director, and Regional Director as we expand nationwide. There are no non-compete clauses. Our BCBAs earn above the national average with a total potential package of up to $107,000, including a base salary of $85,000 - $95,000 and quarterly performance bonuses up to $12,000 annually. We invest in your growth through monthly clinical case reviews, an internal CEU "PD Speaker Series", mentorship for new BCBAs, opportunities for research and publications, and funding for CEUs including an annual Clinical Conference. Requirements

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.
