Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA
- Therapist who becomes certified under your supervision
Responsibilities
- Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
- Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
- Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
- Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
Benefits
- Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually
- Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees
