About The Position
Helping Hands Family (HHF) is hiring a Lead BCBA for clinicians who are ready to move beyond just managing a caseload and start shaping clinical quality, mentoring others, and growing into leadership. This role is a stepping-stone into senior leadership. In this role, you will mentor and coach BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows, influence clinic-wide treatment quality and standards, contribute to program development, research, and pilot initiatives, and build skills in supervision, training, and clinical leadership. Common next steps from this role include Clinical Supervisor, Clinic Director, or Organizational Clinical Leadership.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- State licensure
- ~2+ years as a BCBA (3+ years in ABA total preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and interest in mentorship/leadership

Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows
- Influence clinic-wide treatment quality and standards
- Contribute to program development, research, and pilot initiatives
- Build skills in supervision, training, and clinical leadership
- Supervise and support up to 5 RBTs
- Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and review progress
- Collaborate regularly with clinical leadership on complex cases
- Participate in mentorship and leadership activities
