Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) credential in good standing with the BACB.
Proven track record in ABA assessment, program design, and direct clinical service delivery.
Experience supervising and mentoring multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Valid CA Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and a clean driving record for local travel.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized, evidence-based behavior support plans (BSPs).
Mentor, train, and supervise BCaBAs, Mid-Level Supervisors, and RBTs to maintain high standards of care.
Regularly review client data, hold case reviews, and make clinical adjustments to optimize treatment outcomes.
Conduct engaging caregiver training sessions to ensure skill generalization at home and in the community.
Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation in alignment with BACB ethical codes and payor standards.
