About The Position

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is expanding its team and seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing multi-disciplinary team. MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy has been a leader in providing integrated pediatric therapy services throughout Southeast Michigan for over 20 years. Their mission is to deliver evidence-based, intensive, multidisciplinary, and collaborative pediatric therapy that empowers children and their families to achieve their fullest potential. They offer Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, ABA Therapy, and Feeding/Swallowing Therapy in one center. They focus on play, acceptance, and joy to create functional outcomes that enhance a child's quality of life.

Requirements

  • Current certification as a BCBA through the BACB.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Experience managing clinical staff and mentoring supervisory level clinicians.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert supervision and guidance to ABA Technicians, ensuring high-quality client care.
  • Train and educate staff members and parents on individualized IPOS and behavior treatment plans before service initiation.
  • Develop tailored skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support each child's unique needs.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust behavior plans to align with the child’s progress and evolving needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including weekly supervision notes detailing progress, goals, and behavior data.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, etc.) at intake and every six months, documenting findings in the electronic medical record.
  • Actively participate in staff meetings and training workshops to promote professional growth and best practices.
