About The Position

Vibrant ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress. This role is ideal for clinicians who value critical thinking, strong relationships, and building sustainable clinical outcomes. The position is located in a daycare setting and offers daytime hours, Monday-Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Must be willing and able to go in-person to supervise
