About The Position

Mindcolor Autism, named one of Glassdoor’s Top 50 Places to Work in 2025, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team in New Braunfels. This role is ideal for BCBAs who want to provide high quality, individualized care while feeling supported by leadership and protected from burnout. Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to mentor RBTs and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days
  • QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized, data driven treatment plans
  • Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs
  • Analyze data and adjust treatment goals across the client journey
  • Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers
  • Partner with leadership to support clinical excellence and team culture
