About The Position

ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. Requirements

• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
• Ability to collaborate with families
• Ability to deliver evidence-based therapy

Nice To Haves

• Master’s in ABA
• Experience with Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training
• Experience collaborating with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute
• Experience working with industry leading clinicians such as: Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

Benefits

• Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $120,000 annually
