We are a fully accredited BHCOE organization upholding BACB guidelines and prioritizing meaningful supervision, family involvement, and evidence-based ABA with no rigid quotas. Each market has a locally or regionally based clinical director available for real-time guidance and collaboration. You will have clinical autonomy to design customized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, with full access to tools, resources, and interdisciplinary collaboration. We offer clear advancement paths to Assistant Regional Director, Center Director, and Regional Director as we expand nationwide. There are no non-compete clauses. Our BCBAs earn above the national average with a base salary of $100,000 - $105,000 and quarterly performance bonuses up to $12,000 annually, for a total potential of up to $117,000. We invest in your growth through monthly clinical case reviews, an internal CEU "PD Speaker Series" led by thought leaders, mentorship for new or early-career BCBAs, opportunities to contribute to research and publications, and funding for in-house and external CEUs, including our annual Clinical Conference.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.
• All experience levels welcome - we tailor opportunities to your career stage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
• Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
• Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.
