About The Position

North Shore Pediatric Therapy (NSPT) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a career focused on ethical, assent-based care and interdisciplinary collaboration. Unlike other companies, NSPT practices true interdisciplinary care with BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs working together, often co-treating, to provide comprehensive support for children. NSPT differentiates itself by not defaulting to preset treatment hour recommendations, instead using a framework that considers diagnostic severity, adaptive functioning, age, access to other therapies, and quality of life to create individualized and ethical recommendations. The company fosters growth, with many leaders, including Clinical Directors, having started as BCBAs at NSPT, supported by mentorship, training, and leadership opportunities. Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Licensed in the state of Illinois and in good standing.
Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented.
Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.
Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight and supervision for RBTs.
Write and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect ethical, assent-based care.
Coach, mentor, and train RBTs to ensure best practices.
Partner with families to set meaningful goals and celebrate progress.
Collaborate with SLPs and OTs providers to deliver wraparound care.
Ensure documentation and treatment plans meet high clinical standards.
Build a culture of support, growth, and collaboration.
