About The Position

This role focuses on providing high-quality behavioral therapy, emphasizing clinical growth, interdisciplinary collaboration, and data-driven progress measurement. The company utilizes a unique clinical tool, the Gracent Care Calculator, and provides free in-house Continuing Education Units (CEUs) as a BACB ACE Provider to support ongoing professional development. The role involves managing a caseload of 6-8 clients, with dedicated supervision time built into the weekly schedule, allowing BCBAs to focus on their expertise. The company also supports children transitioning to traditional classrooms through its Prep School program.

Requirements

BCBA certification, licensed in IL and in good standing
Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication
Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

Supervise your RBTs and oversee clinical quality
Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
