About The Position

This role focuses on providing high-quality behavioral therapy, emphasizing clinical growth, interdisciplinary collaboration, and data-driven progress measurement. The position offers a structured environment with built-in supervision, defined career paths, and a supportive team. The company utilizes a proprietary clinical tool, the Gracent Care Calculator, and emphasizes a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach to treatment planning. Collaboration with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and mental health providers is a key aspect of the role, ensuring comprehensive care for children with autism and developmental needs. The position also involves training and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and newer BCBAs, as well as direct engagement with families.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification.
  • Licensed in IL and in good standing.
  • Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication.
  • Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs.
  • Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the Gracent Care Calculator.
  • Familiarity with STEP Score and Report Cards.
  • Experience in a neuro-affirming, assent-based treatment model.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
  • Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans.
  • Run own assessments and intakes.
  • Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
  • Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
