About The Position

Adapt For Life is seeking dedicated professionals to join our mission of positively impacting lives through exceptional ABA Therapy. We are an ACE CEU Provider, offering free internal CEUs and CEUs through our CASP Membership and Central Reach platform. Our compensation includes a dynamic salary structure with opportunities for additional compensation, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits available after 30 days of full-time employment. We also provide 18 paid days off per year plus 6 paid holidays, cover state conference registration fees without requiring PTO, and allow clinicians to focus on patient care while operations are managed by dedicated support teams. Additionally, our Education Assistance Program offers up to $2,000 per calendar year for tuition reimbursement or student loan repayment for full-time employees.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education / special education, or a related field.
  • BCBA Certification required or waiting to take BACB examination within 30 days.
  • Current / ability to obtain Behavior Analyst Licensure (if state requires).
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.
  • Experience in behavioral assessment and treatment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with children on the autism spectrum.
  • Possess a Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive behavioral assessments and behavioral treatment programs for children, their families, and their community caregivers.
  • Manage coordination of case management activities.
  • Oversee a caseload of 8 clients or no more than 300 weekly RBT hours, while billing 29 hours per week. Additional salary earnings for 30 or more!
  • Provide training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment programs.
  • Responsible for providing clinical appropriate supervision and training of clinical staff.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive behavioral assessment and behavioral treatment programs in school, home, and community settings.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments.
  • Provide consultative services to parents, teachers, and other clinical/educational personnel.
  • Provide staff training as needed.
  • Responsible for coordination of home and school communication regarding treatment program.
  • Organize, facilitate and lead treatment team meetings.
  • Effective and timely documentation skills.
  • Timely completion all paperwork and phone contacts to caregivers, funding sources, outside agencies and schools (as appropriate) regarding treatment and development of treatment plans, goals, and objectives.
  • Establish effective clinical and ethical relationships with clients and families, and maintain appropriate boundaries.
  • Establish and maintain professional and ethical working relationships with staff and in collaborations with funding sources, community agencies, schools, medical practices, and other therapy providers.
